Nobles contributes to the World Bank research on Public-Private Partnerships Procurement

Nobles contributed to the 2017 edition of the Benchmarking Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Procurement report from World Bank Group. This edition presents comparable information on PPP procurement on a large scale by providing systematic data on the regulatory frameworks and practices governing PPPs in 82 economies. It aims to inform decision-making on the design of PPP procurement policies and regulations, by benchmarking against recognized good practices that promote transparency and encourage fair competition across four key areas of the PPP project cycle. As part of the project, Nobles lawyers Alexander Weigelt, Volodymyr Yakubovskyy, Denis Vergeles and Oksana Holovko have helped the Bank’s research team to assess PPP procurement framework in Ukraine.
