Nobles advised Fortune 500 American multinational computer technology corporation on IP rights trans

Nobles acted as local legal counsel for the U.S.-based global IT and software manufacturer within the scope of outsourcing software development. Nobles’ work covered review and advice on Ukrainian regulatory framework in terms of transferring exclusive intellectual property rights to the developed products abroad, existing contractual mechanism and litigation-related matters, preparation of remedial IP assignment agreements in this regard.
