Nobles acted as a Local Counsel to the US group Platform Specialty Products Corporation for the Ukrainian aspects of the acquisition of the agro-chemical division of Chemtura Corporation. The purchase price of 1 billion US dollars is comprised of a cash component (950 million dollars) and two million ordinary shares in Platform. Platform now announces the closing of the transaction. Our cooperation partner Noerr acted as a Local Counsel for the German and Russian aspects of the transaction. Chemtura AgroSolutions is a leading and fast-growing global provider of agrochemicals and seed treatment products. The firm's team for the transaction included partners Tatiana Iurkovska (Khandazhevska) and Alexander Weigelt.
