Nobles partner joins EuroFranchise Lawyers

Nobles partner Volodymyr Yakubovskyy has recently joined a group of leading franchise lawyers in Europe – EuroFranchise Lawyers (EFL). At the group meeting in Athens, Greece, Volodymyr has been formally accepted as a member of the EFL for Ukraine.

This fact reaffirms Mr Yakubovskyy’s reputation of a leading legal expert in franchising, commercial and corporate law for Ukraine. Volodymyr regularly advises major international corporations and leading local business groups on various transactional, investment and commercial matters with a particular focus on retail, e-commerce, agriculture, IT, media and regulated industries. He has written a number of articles on franchising, e-commerce, and corporate and commercial matters. He is the member for Central and Eastern Europe of the editorial advisory board of the International Journal of Franchising Law.
