Advice included acquisition of a group company holding worldwide marketing and intellectual property rights, as well as negotiation of a number of agreements on transfer of wind energy technology.

• Advising Active Energy Group PLC, a stock listed UK corporation, with regard to ist investment into 2 Ukrainian producers of bioenergy.

• Local counsel to Active Energy Group PLC in acquisition of the largest Ukrainian supplier of wood chip.

• Advising SolarNext AG, a provider of regenerative heating and cooling systems, in cross-border financing of production facilities for regenerative heating.

• Advising Ferrostaal AG regarding modernization of the Ukrainian natural gas transportation

• Advising MeSol GmbH (Austria) with regard to establishing a solar power plant in South Ukraine.

• Advising Dax-30 German industrial gas technology company on a joint venture in Ukraine

• Assisting the restructuring of US$50 million debt for the international chemical corporation

• Providing a legal advice to Dax-30 on a merger with a Ukrainian company and on the establishment of a lease-based distribution concept.

• Representing a Dutch-based lender in connection with restructuring of US$30 million financial indebtedness of a major steel products trader.

• Advising the leading Portuguese energy group Martifer S.A. on real estate issues related to establishing wind farms in Crimea, Ukraine.

• Advising RISKAUDIT, a state owned French corporation in the nuclear safety sector, on tax efficient repatriation of foreign investment made to real estate objects in the 1990es. The complex advice included set-offs made offshore between the client and its German business partner as well as forex restriction Martifer S.A.
