  • Advising Nathan’s Famous, a major listed US fast-food chain, including consulting on tax and currency control restrictions and enforceability of master franchise and sub-franchise agreements.

  • Advising an international in-flight catering company on a number of employment related matters in Ukraine, including employment contracts, internal procedures and staff reduction, maternity leave regulation.

  • Representing LSG Sky Chefs in corporate and regulatory matters as well in disputes and negotiations with state enterprises, the Ministry of Infrastructure and the State Property Fund.

  • Providing legal advice to Aero Catering Service Ukraine, subsidiary of Lufthansa, on bankruptcy and liquidation procedures.
