Nobles Closed a Successful Sale of a Grain Silo with Processing and Storage Facilities near Kherson

Nobles acted as legal counsel to a German family office in connection with the sale of a grain silo and processing facility near Kherson in Ukraine. Nobles advised on arranging the bidding process, negotiating with several bidders, structuring the transaction (including tax issues and debt restructuring) and closing.
