About the legal basis of the internet business in framework of the IT-conference iForum

Volodymyr Yabuvoskyy, Head of Commercial at the law firm Noerr, pointed out 8 main problems which are faced by Internet business in Ukraine in his report at the iForum. On 26 April, the fifth traditional iForum - the biggest IT conference in Ukraine - took place in Kiev. From a legal point of view, the most interesting and instructive lecture concerned the legal basis of Internet business: copyright protection, registration, personal data protection, advertising, contracts with buyers, payment and taxes.
