Nobles Partners Participated in Ukraine Panel at the CEE M&A and Private Equity Forum

On 3 and 4 of October Nobles team was in Warsaw to participate in the CEE M&A and Private Equity Forum (sponsored by Nobles). Volodymyr Yakubovskyy and Alexander Weigelt spoke on Ukraine panel about the trends and outlook of the country’s M&A and private equity.

High levels of M&A are expected to continue in Ukraine with dealmakers crediting anti-corruption reforms for attracting foreign investors to the country. However, activity has mostly been driven by domestic activity. Nobles and their colleagues took a closer look at the active sectors including agriculture and discussed the effect of consolidation on domestic activity.
